Jonathan Uejio joined Conway Farrell in 1988. He specializes in appellate practice, commercial real estate, and insurance coverage. Jonathan advises the firm’s clients on the intricacies of the appellate process. He has personally handled more than 200 appeals in state and federal courts involving a wide range of issues including attorney malpractice, insurance coverage, products liability, construction accident liability, and the First Amendment rights of churches. As a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate group, Jonathan represents lenders in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. In the area of insurance law and insurance coverage, he specializes in insurance policy language interpretation, as well as assisting clients negotiate coverage with their brokers and insurers. Jonathan is also an experienced trial attorney who has taken a number of significant exposure cases to verdict.
